Time: 12pm (leaving at 12.20pm)

Location: Beside the Scottish water top up tap, in front of the Scottish Parliament Building, Edinburgh

The Plan: Meet us by the Scottish Parliament Building at the Scottish water top up tap.

From there, we’ll head along the road up around Arthur’s Seat, enjoying the beautiful views and lively discussions along the way. For those that want to stick around we will go for coffee at the Palace Cafe after.

This will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and form a supportive community.

What to Expect: A relaxed and judgment-free environment.

Engaging conversations with people who genuinely understand the challenges of ADHD.

Lots of laughter, camaraderie, and fun!

Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, self-diagnosed, exploring diagnosis or have been managing ADHD for years, this meet-up is for you.

We firmly believe that together, we can overcome the hurdles that ADHD presents and celebrate the unique strengths it brings.

We recognise that this type of meet doesn’t suit everyone and we are very keen to support people to set up the types of meetups that work for them so if you have an idea for a meet-up and you’re happy to take charge of organising it please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to support, advertise and attend

If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to email us at hello@procrastination-station.co.uk

So mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready to embark on an exciting journey of connection, understanding, and support.

We can’t wait to see you at the Procrastination Station ADHD Meet-Up in Edinburgh!
